FOR NEW USERS TO THE FORUMS:
There's much more than what you see here, but registration IS required!
For those of you visiting the Storm Alert Inc. forum as guests and are going to register for access to the remainder of the forums, please make sure that your registration username is your first AND last name. Your business/company is also allowable if you registered the software that way. This policy conforms to a growing trend and a large number of other forums to allow the support staff to streamline support issues with those received via phone email. It also encourages responsible posting and has been extremely successful.
Note, no personal information is available to any other user. A username/password is required to access the remainder of the forum, which again promoted the integrity and security of the support forums.
Just an FYI. You will be seeing a couple new faces here responding to forum posts and support emails. I have spent the past few months bringing a few people up to speed here with the new versions of the software and any unresolved support issues in the forum and via email.
Please welcome Kelli and Scott on board. The three of us hope to make your stay far more pleasureable as we continue to evolve with our products. Robert Buell and other users are also extremely knowledgeable in our products and often times can provide answers at light speed!
