Duplicate Warnings

Persons may receive duplicate warnings due to a problem at the NWS gateway. I guess I'd rather receive them twice than not at all, but anyways it looks like the retransmissions are inadvertantly being appended with some internal coding making the software think they're unique rather than duplicates.

They have been contacted about this and hopefully it will be corrected shortly.
