Noaaport

Anybody have noaaport?? I have seen some websites sells noaaport software and systems..Kinda to high of a price. Just looking for a back up weather information.

For a FAR FAR FAR less price than NOAAPort you could get a 3' EMWIN satellite dish and receiver and throw it out in the yard. I think the whole setup runs like $1500 or less, and it's a plug & play system that even InterWARN can receive right out of the box.

As a quick sidebar, and please forgive me for asking a dumb question, but does the EMWIN data stream distribute graphical products (radar, satellite, etc.) or only the text products?
