Has anyone heard pros/cons w/ this wx station? SAME alerts plus logging software and sensors.

I've already looked at Davis, but like the integration of Warnings.

Thanks.

Pretty neat with the integration and a nice console design. Instruments look standard fare -- shield over rain gauge is a nice addition. Only concern I would have is the temp/dpt sensor housing doesn't appear to be shielded or aspirated, which could throw off readings by a significant margin.

There was one customer review here:

Seems to me that if Davis integrated NWR into their wx stations they'd have a sure-fire winner!

Thanks Evan for the link. The biggest point, like you mentioned, is the combined system w/ SAME. Thanks for heads-up on the temp sensor.

I would smack down the bucks in a heartbeat if Davis offered SAME/NOAA in their stations.

Thanks again.
