I'm getting a error that stormlab/radardata folder no longer exist on update program launch. I double checked and it does exist. I made sure it went into the same directory as the first version of 4.0. Another question where is the section for underlay for custom overlays exists.
I'm running winxp.

I haven't heard from any users regarding this error and I see no reason why it would incorrectly flag you on this.

I think he is asking where to find the info for underlays. I couldn't find anything on this either, I checked the File Standards Doc and didn't see anything. Is this something that the overlay author determines or will we be able to set what overlays we want to display as an underlay?

Both docs in the thread at the top of this forum (.doc and .html) were updated about a week ago. Do a search under the word 'Underlay' and you will see how to perform that action. Let me know if you have any questions!

I'm having the same problem with the "stormlab/radardata folder no longer exists" error message after installing 4.01. 4.01 runs just fine with this error and puts data in this stormlab/radardata folder. It seems to me when I configure 4.01 to use this folder and save settings, they are not being saved. I guess this info would be saved to the config file stormlab.xlm but I don't see anything in this file that references the "radardata" folder. I'm running XP sp3 beta.

Good to see that is someone else out there haivng the same problem as I am. Your target directory would not happen to be other than the C: drive would it.

Dan got taken care of by downloading the latest 4.0.1 executable.

That sure did fix the problem. I tried everything... almost. Evan helped me with the suggestion to re-download 4.01 and install.
