I've gotten a couple messages from folks stating they're seeing a message:
"The server is too busy at the moment. Please try again later." when viewing our forums over the past week. Apparently the administrator does not see this message.
Our average CPU increase of 1-2% due to the addition of new data ingest for the next version of InterWARN apparently put us over the minimal setting for this bulletin board on occassion.
I have bumped this number of to a reasonable level and you should all be able to view the forums here forward without incident.
