Can entries be made to the radarsites.txt file to access data from the ROC test radars? I see KOUN level II data on Iowa's site. Tried messing around with entries and got an error, which was because of bad entries. What exactly needs to be input-I'm missing something.

I don't see any reason why they couldn't be added except:
1.) The first two numbers are specific to the Control Panel map in terms of a pixel offset to plot the icons. They would need to be different than TLX otherwise you wouldn't be able to select them
2.) You would need the true metadata of the site (lat, lon, elevation in meters, etc...). I don't have this for those (although could probably guess fairly close)
3.) The fields need to match other entries exactly (which your example above does not).
